healing sessions
One hour, held
entirely for you.
A healing session is unhurried, confidential time with Dr. Wells: energy work, breathwork, and honest conversation, shaped around whatever you carry in.
what it is
Attention, trained and kept.
People come with every kind of night: a body repeating the same old pattern, a season of stress, a grief, a faith gone quiet. She doesn’t arrive with a script. She arrives with attention, and more than two decades of clinical practice behind it.
The hour draws on her training (gentle energy work, SRI breathwork, and Spiritual Attunement), offered in person in Charlotte, or at a distance by phone or video.
Five seconds of the hour’s pace. (Generated ambient loop.)
the shape of the hour
Three movements, no hurry.
- arriving
- You talk, she listens. Actually listens. “I don’t know why I’m here” is a fine beginning.
- the work
- Gentle energy work and guided breathwork: unhurried, settling the nervous system, listening for the pattern underneath.
- carrying it
- You leave with one small practice, so the hour keeps burning through the week.

Healing sessions complement medical and mental-health care. They never replace your doctors, your medication, or your therapist.
asked in the dark
Do I need a particular faith background?
No. Her teaching is rooted in scripture and expressed through science, but the hour meets you exactly where you are, in words that are true for you.
Is this chiropractic, or therapy?
Neither. She is a Doctor of Chiropractic by training, but a session is energy work and attunement, not an adjustment, and not psychotherapy. Many clients keep a therapist alongside this work; the two are good neighbors.
What if I fall apart?
Falling apart is allowed here. So is silence, so is stopping early, so is changing your mind.
Does distance weaken it?
No. Phone and video sessions hold the same attention. Some people find the dark easier to speak into from their own kitchen.
